Is a govt servant a consumer under CP Act 1986 if he has fixed deposit accounts with a bank?

Who is a Consumer

Any individual who purchases products or services for his personal use and not for manufacturing or resale is called a consumer. A consumer is one who is the decision maker whether or not to buy an item at the store, or someone who is influenced by advertisement and marketing. Every time someone goes to a store and buys a shirt, toy, beverage or anything else, they make a decision as a consumer.Consumer refers to any person who purchases some goods for a consideration that has been either paid or promised to pay or partly paid and partly promised, or found under any system of deferred payment and does include any user of this type of goods other than the person who purchases these types of goods for consideration paid or promised or partly paid or partly promised, or under any type of system of deferred payment when this type of use is done with the agreement of such person, and does not include a person who gets such goods for resale or for any business purpose or hires or avails of some services for a consideration which has been paid or promised or partly paid and partly promised, or under some system of deferred payment as well as includes some beneficiary of such services other than the people who ‘hire or avail of the services for consideration paid or promised, or partly paid and partly promised, or under any system of deferred payment, when such services are provided having the approval of the first described person and does not include a person who takes such services for any business purposes.

A government servant is also a consumer ( as he is using the services of a Bank for placing FD) . There is no demarcation between a government servant and a non-government servant or any businessman etc etc for the purpose of qualifying as a consumer. Any individual who consumes (for personal use) either a product or service is definitely a consumer and is protected by the CP Act 1986.

Should I spend time with my girlfriend instead of studying medicine?

Perfectly succinct answer by Nina. Just wanted to add that, in my experience, the kind of girl who would demand that her bf devote ALL of his time & attention to her, will likely leave him in the future BECAUSE he is not as successful (or interesting) as he could be. She is immature and short-sighted. There are girls who help, and those who hinder – if you allow your ambitions to be derailed by the latter, it will be the biggest regret of your life. Determine which one she is, and act accordingly.

How does one calculate the number of permutations of digits in a 9×9 Sudoku grid?

A sudoku grid has 9×9 = 81 discrete (by position) squares. Each square takes a value in {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}, a set of cardinality 9. Therefore, all the 81-tuples that can be formed is [math]9^{81}[/math]

EDIT:

(After a clarification by the author of the question, in comments below, i.e the question asked is about the number of valid sudoku instances)

So, the following links might be helpful:

A107739 – OEIS. (6670903752021072936960 valid 9×9 sudoku instances)

How are sedimentary rock formed under pressure?

They don't, unless youre talking about compressing sand to form a sandstone, but relatively speaking I wouldn't classify that as pressure. Pressure creates metamorphic rocks; coal is an example of this. Pressure also goes alongside heat; components that create metamorphic not sedimentary rocks.

Sediment rocks form from weathered igneous, metamorphic, and sometimes sedimentary rocks (sedimentary rocks undergo weathering and may form a new secondary sedimentary stage).

You may be thinking about metasediment rocks, which are sedimentary rocks that undergo metamorphism but are still metamorphic rocks. The San Gabriel Mountains in south California (near Mt. Baldy) has a lot of these metasediments.
