What is the recipe for happiness?

Who does not like the mixed fruit juice, which is the essence of good health & brings great satisfaction by “Quenching the thirst” & at the same time makes one “happy & contented”? When you restrict the quantity of juice, just for quenching the thirst, you will know the exact reason for happiness.

When you know what brings you happiness & contentment in drinking mixed fruit juice, you can reveal the secrets of those ingredients & method of preparing.

1.Self Confidence——-This is the first step to ready yourself to meet any strategies boldly & confidently, to say that “You can do it”. this requires a great control of stray thoughts & concentrate only on the specified subject.

2.Learning—————-Learn the methods of handling & selecting what you want precisely.

3.Knowledge————-Learning paves the way for acquisition of knowledge & knowhow for the specific task.

4.Wisdom——————It is no use, if you have learned & acquired knowledge, if you do not apply your wisdom for practical application & usage.

5.Good Character——Good character, keeps your mind balanced under most demanding situations in life & people will thrust you & respect you. Even characterless people succeed, but for satisfying their ego, self prestige, vanity, show of strength & to meet their selfish needs. Characterless people, once exposed, they will loose the charm of life. Man of good character can maintain his exemplary identity, in the face of reality. Good character is like controlled sugar to sweeten the juice & salt in right proportion to give taste to the juice. In the case of bad character, it is like increasing the sourness & acidity, without sugar & salt.

6.Good Conduct———-Good conduct recognizes you in a society & brings solace & happiness to you, as well as others. You can achieve even the most difficult task in the shortest time by mere strength of character & conduct.

7.Reality———————If a man does not anticipate & account for the surrounding influences in life, he will be far away from “Reality” & cannot guess reasons for failure or success. The reality of a mixed fruit juice, is knowing how much sugar you have to add to give sweetness & how much salt for true taste, whatever may be the other ingredients. However vigilant you may be in following steps 1 to 6 above, the taste of life is depending entirely on “Reality”.

8.Contentment————Man who knows how to limit his desires & plan wisely & execute in “Realistic” conditions of life & be contented with what he gets “Rather than what he wants”, is the happiest man in life.

9.Happiness————— If you have followed all the procedures outlined in steps 1 to 8 & mix all ingredients in right proportion, happiness is rest assured.

10.Get ready to drink the juice— If you have fulfilled all the conditions stipulated above, the happiness is at your doorstep. Please receive the happiness, go, drink & enjoy.

    Method:

    Secret to Happiness is something everyone want to know, but seem to unable to keep it for a long time just like food tht we eat. The only way we can keep it in our mind, heart & soul is by following this method. Starting with Smile where ever we go or look at ppl around us smile to them. Then add in giving, sharing & helping mix is all together make the best taste.

    Important ingredient must not forget positive thinking & attitute which keep happiness stay & hold on longer. Add in kindness & patient which keep the happiness smooth n steady. Last touch must add all the rest ingredient but is up to you how much u want to add the last 4 ingredient has 4 different taste but the result is all the same. Without these 4 ingredient the happiness would be incomplete.

  4. Recipe for Happiness

    Ingredients:

    1 bag of smile and gratefulness towards life that I am alive and living a good life

    2 lbs or more if needed of positivity

    1/2 cup of good humor if required ,to make its appearance good .

    1 cup of self-esteem

    2 spoonful of stupidity :p

    And few good people to enjoy your recipes I.e. family,friends or anyone you want to share with 🙂

    Most important factor is you have to make your mind and heart in a state to be happy .

  5. Disclaimer: This recipe requires 2 people in order to achieve optimal happiness.

    1. Start with the simmering sounds of Robert Plant’s voice while you finely mince garlic and fresh parsely in the kitchen.
    2. Bring a healthy coating of olive oil to heat in a 10″ cast iron
    3. This is the most important step: add garlic to the pan and stir occasionally while Christina distracts you from sprinkling the red pepper flakes on the mixture with a kiss
    4. Accidentally burn the garlic and and start from the top… or don’t do that and proceed to step 5
    5. Bring water to a boil and add thin spaghetti/angel hair
    6. Cook to al dente or however you prefer your delicious Italian carbohydrates
    7. Add the pasta (sans water) to the cast iron and add more olive oil, enough to cover the bottom of the pan with 1/8″ – 1/4″
    8. Add your minced parsely to mixture, stirring until appearing uniform throughout
    9. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over mixture and stir once more
    10. Enjoy with whoever your Christina may be and laugh together about you burning the garlic like an amateur.

    This recipe tastes great, but find someone who enjoys your little idiosyncrasies, and it will taste like heaven.

    My reciepe to happiness is as stated below

    1 Live in the present movement. Stay focussed about doing everything you can to enhance your courier.

    2.Enjoy and keep praising yourself for giving 100% to achieve it.Don’t stress upon the outcome.

    3 If you are happy for everything that you have achieved than seen everyone around you will also be delighted and this will even give you more energy to do everything you want with a glow on your face.

    4 Be blessed that you have a wonderful family and make time for those who are important to you..Happiness can not be achieved just by thinking about it you need to take action for achieving it. Because you are yourself incharge of your happiness.

    5 Even than if you are not happy with you result, then work for it…keep doing it till you be happy.But remember it that even if you are satisfied at one time in your life from next time onwards you will be wanting for more and more ..

    So, I would say that happiness is just a state of mind..You will be happy the movement you decide to be without focusing on the surrounding and circumstances around you
