Everyone says I should write a book! I am 80 and have lived alone for the last 36 years. I left school at 16, had 3 children, divorced and moved abroad. Is it possible as I have never been an avid reader?

Everyone has a story to tell, but not everyone is the best storyteller on their own. You might want to work with a professional writer who can interview you and help craft the story.

The great thing about this option is that by asking you questions, they may uncover things that you wouldn’t have thought to include otherwise. Memories that were buried might be brought to the surface.

Having another set of eyes and ears reviewing your story can help pull out the really interesting bits.

It’s not for everyone, since there is a level of trust that’s required when telling your story to another person. But I think this might be a great option for you. They can probably help you with publishing, too, since they likely already have the appropriate connections.

  1. Yes you should and you could. Kindle e-books are what people like these days. Have an outline of what you want to write in 10 chapters.

Name them randomly for now giving the hint of what each chapter would be like.

Write the positives that you feel right now. ( your memories)

Add conversations that you remember till today.

Daily 500 words and end of 2 months, you have your book ready.

You can edit yourself or ask someone for help.

Publish it on Amazon kdp and share it your friends…
